Serving the New Hamburg & Wilmot Community

Community isn’t just something I talk about – it’s where I show up.

As a New Hamburg mortgage broker, mother, and small business owner, I’m proud to be actively involved in the place my family calls home. I serve on the Executive of the New Hamburg Board of Trade and support local schools as secretary of the parent council, while also helping organise events like the Wilmot Township Canada Day celebration.

My involvement goes beyond committees. I regularly support the Wilmot Family Resource Centre, from volunteering at the food bank during the pandemic to serving meals at the annual Poor Boys Lunch and contributing to initiatives that support local families. I also work with WALDA (Wilmot Area Life Donation Awareness) to help raise awareness about the impact of organ donation.

Giving back has always been part of who I am. From supporting new mothers as a La Leche League leader to helping young children build literacy skills as a volunteer teacher, I’ve always been driven to help others feel supported and confident in their journey.

For me, this isn’t extra – it’s essential.

Because when you work with someone who genuinely cares about the community, you’re not just getting a mortgage – you’re getting a local advocate.
