I’m Abbi Stevenson, a Mortgage Broker with over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, including six years at a major Canadian bank. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about helping people make informed financial decisions with clarity and confidence. My time in banking sparked a deeper commitment to guiding clients through the mortgage process – offering personalized advice and creative solutions tailored to their goals.

In 2020, I became a licensed Mortgage Broker to better serve a wider range of clients. I work with individuals and families from all walks of life – whether they qualify with traditional lenders or need alternative financing options. For those who meet bank criteria, I help compare rates and educate them on the full spectrum of mortgage products. For those with credit challenges or unconventional income, I specialize in finding flexible, outside-the-box solutions that work.
